Intellectual Property & Code Ownership
Upon full clearance of invoice payments, clients receive perpetual, royalty-free usage licenses for all bespoke code, architecture diagrams, and database schemas developed during the engagement. wildsignalworks retains proprietary rights to foundational reusable boilerplate libraries.
Uptime SLAs & Warranties
Architectural guarantees apply exclusively to deployed environments maintaining strict adherence to our operational guidelines. Liability for indirect commercial losses is limited to the total fees paid for the specific service module.
4. Cookie Guidelines
Our digital platform utilizes minimal session cookies stored via browser `localStorage` solely to remember your cookie consent preference and maintain secure multi-tenant authentication sessions. No intrusive tracking pixels or third-party marketing trackers are deployed.
5. Subscription & Refund Policy
Recurring subscription revenue processed via our Stripe integration is billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Due to the specialized intellectual property and engineering hours dedicated to SaaS architecture, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis prior to project commencement.
